The Santander Port Authority hosted Port Week 2023 as part of the "Summer Courses" organized by the International University Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP). The event took place from September 5 to 8 at the iconic Palacio de la Magdalena in Santander.

During these four days, we had the opportunity to explore the challenges and opportunities currently facing the port industry. The discussions were insightful, connections were strengthened, and innovative ideas flowed freely.

Today, ports around the world, along with their communities and logistics chains, are experiencing a powerful wave of disruption that is set to transform the way they think, operate, and create value.

The various presentations were structured around contributions from a distinguished panel of experts and aimed to update the strategic frameworks shaping the behavior and operational models of ports.
