The Andalusian Society of Epilepsy (SADE) chose Ayamonte to host its 19th meeting.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the speakers, both national and international, and to the attendees who participated on May 9, 10, and 11, 2024, in a meeting focused on the theme "Epilepsy Without Borders: Learning from Mistakes in Epilepsy." Additionally, we had the valuable presence of the Portuguese League Against Epilepsy (LPCE), which was undoubtedly of great interest to all.

Each session, workshop, and discussion panel highlighted the importance of sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration to turn challenges into opportunities for improvement. This year, a parallel course on Neuropsychology was incorporated into the program, making it a truly multidisciplinary meeting.

We would also like to thank all the sponsors for their generous support, as well as the participants in the competitions, who presented high-quality work, contributing to the high level of the event.
